The lemon tartlettes were doing so well I decided to make a second flavor.I’m not the biggest fan of ganache tarts, so I decided to add a little something. I realized I don’t make nearly as much candy as I used to, which is a talent I don’t think should be wasted. I made these tarts with our classic ganache combined with chunks of almond toffee. It gives it that smooth delectable, melt in your mouth chocolaty goodness with a bit of satisfying crunch, and as always, a buttery flaky crust.
