Cheesecake Introduction

I’ve actually been topping cheesecakes for a while, but here’s an introduction to some of my exciting fluffy creations.All of our cheesecakes start with a fluffy NY style cheesecake in a freshly hand pressed graham cracker crust.  What’s the secret to our extra fluffy cheesecake?  Well, it’s a secret, a delicious secret.

Let’s start with my personal favorite, the Strawberry Cheesecake.  This is just a plain NY style cheesecake with fresh whole strawberries.  I love the refreshing bite of strawberry mixed with the creaminess of the cream cheese, plus the whipped cream just throws the experience over the top.

Next is the Turtle Cheesecake.  I put down some toasted pecans, chopped chocolate, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and then just for kicks I do it all again.  Then I drizzle a little melted chocolate on top of the fresh whipped cream.

This is the Cherry Cheesecake.  Just straight up cherry preserves topping for that delectable combination of tart and sweet.

Finally, there is our customer favorite, the Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake.  The topping is raspberry preserves with a swirl of white chocolate, and I can never pass up fresh fruit decor, especially when it’s so fresh.
