Mitch’s Birthday Cupcakes

One of my most favorite people had a birthday, and I wanted to get him a cake, but he lives very far away, so I created a cupcake in his honor.

His favorite color is green and we have an inside joke involving Starburst candy.  This cupcake is brand new and it has been renamed Mint Chocolate Cream Cupcakes.  It’s a chocolate cupcake with mint chocolate custard filling, mint buttercream, and rainbow sprinkles.  They flew off the shelves.
