It’s pumpkin season! Last year we started off with pumpkin cake, but this year we’re starting off with cheesecake.First off is straight up Pumpkin Cheesecake in all its glory. I added nothing but fresh whipped cream to this extra fluffy, undoubtably pumpkin creation.
Next, we have the Double Decker Pumpkin. This is a pumpkin cheesecake on top of a pumpkin cake covered in whipped cream. The cake as whole is nothing to write home about, but check out that cross section.
Finally, there is the Fall Harvest Cheesecake. I toasted some pecans, added some creamy caramel sauce, and finished it off with whipped cream.
