With Thanksgiving around the corner I was inspired to create a new cupcake and bring back a couple old ones. First up is the Cranberry Cupcakes. This is a white chocolate cupcake filled with berry-tastic tart cranberry sauce balanced with sweet cream cheese icing.
Next up is a favorite from last year, Chocolate Salted Caramel. I found these in the book Hello, Cupcake, and I made them my own. I start with a dark chocolate cupcake with salted caramel buttercream, add a little caramel sauce, and finish with a little white chocolate “butter”.
Finally, we have our classic turkey cupcakes. Every year I tweak these a bit. Here is this years edition.
