Pink Princess Castle

I’ve never seen a pink castle in any fairytales or in real life, but there are plenty of little girls out there who can think of nothing else for their birthday cake.

  It’s been a while since anyone has asked for a shaped cake, so I was more than happy to indulge.

The most difficult part of this cake was figuring out how to incorporate a birthday message.  The icing on this cake is cream cheese, which is incredibly unforgiving.  There was no art charge, so I kept it very simple, but made sure to make it cute.
