Here’s a customer who come in every year, and even though I design her cakes, I have no idea what they look like when they’re finished.
She comes to me with an idea and a bag of toys, and I set out to make a cake fit for those toys. This year the theme was Tinkerbell and friends. The little statuettes that they’ve made for these characters are very top heavy, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone put them on a cake until you get the cake to it’s final display area.
I would love to know what this cake looks like with the fairies on it, and I wish my readers could see it too. For now I like to use this as yet another example of a do-it-yourself copy written cake. I can’t make a Tinkerbell cake specifically for my customers, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have a Tinkerbell themed cake for their party.
