I love cakes that capture the season. This cake design came all from the mind of the bride. She knew exactly what she wanted, and all I had to do was put it into a sketch and turn it into a cake.
The top and bottom tiers are Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing. The middle tier is Raspberry Chiffon. The flowers were all provided by the bride’s florist. The color choices were fantastic, and were set off perfectly by the setting of the reception, giant stone fireplace, dark wood interior, and gorgeous green wooded surroundings through the windows. I love it when all pieces of a design come together, and I’m really happy one of my cakes got to be a part of it.
