I was inspired by a co-worker who asked me to make a chocolate ganache cake with cherries. I filled a chocolate cupcake with cherry preserves and dipped it twice in a brandy infused chocolate ganache. The brandy simply works to add a little bite and enhance the chocolate and cherry experience. (more…)
