I created these cupcakes as kind of a joke for Easter. I didn’t anticipate how popular they would be. It’s simply a chocolate cupcake filled with custard, buttercream frosting, and hot pink coconut. (more…)
I created these cupcakes in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. They were such a hit I carried them over into April as well. It takes a lot of time hand making all of the faces (about 40 a week), but the excitement the kids get when they see them makes it worth the work. (more…)
